Hi, I'm Athiwat Hirunworawongkun, a data scientist and the founder of Humaan.aiI'm currently based in Bangkok, Thailand.
My technical background began with a strong focus on full-stack development, where I spent seven years building robust web applications. This honed both my front-end and back-end development skills.
As I progressed in my development career, I found myself becoming curious not just about how to build products—but how well they performed. I wanted to go beyond coding features and begin understanding their impact. While I enjoyed the technical aspects of creating applications, I realized I wanted to understand how users actually interacted with our products, what drove engagement, and most importantly, how to measure the performance and success of what we created. This desire to quantify product impact and make data-driven decisions about user experience became a driving force that led me to transition into the data world.
The shift felt natural yet challenging. I wanted to bridge the gap between technical implementation and business outcomes, using data as the lens through which to evaluate and optimize product performance. This curiosity about measuring success and understanding user behavior patterns ultimately guided my career pivot toward data-focused roles.
I then transitioned into the data world, spending a year in real-time data engineering. There, I developed systems to capture, process, and analyze data streams for immediate insights. For the past two years, I've been immersed in data science, applying statistical modeling, machine learning, and domain expertise to extract valuable insights from data and drive better decision-making.
I believe in the transformative potential of AI when it works in tandem with human ingenuity. I started Humaan.ai because I see deep value in human capability — and I believe intelligence should be a force that our humanity, not competes with it.
Rather than building systems that operate in isolation, I wanted to create a platform that empowers people to amplify their strengths — to think deeper, act faster, and solve more meaningful problems through collaboration with intelligent systems. Humaan was born from this vision: to create modular, human-centered AI with an open architecture — something that anyone can build with, learn from, and trust.
My goal is to enable a future where AI doesn’t replace us, but works with us — helping us go further than we ever could alone.
